Shipping prices are calculated for shipments to make the cost of shipping as small as possible within the United States, Mexico and Canada using USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground and Express services. If you are interested in receiving Mej Mej products in other countries, please contact our service department to discuss the cost of shipping the products you wish to purchase. We cannot offer returns on products shipped internationally.  

We think we are fast shippers! Domestic orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 3 business days. All personalized orders are shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase. In many cases, your products will ship much more quickly that that, but because we custom-make each order, our turnaround can vary. For international orders, please allow 3 weeks to receive your items, and you may be wonderfully surprised when it arrives much sooner. Depending upon where you are in the world, your country may have you pay an additional custom fee for your package. For example: Shipments to the United Kingdom will be handled through ParcelForceWorldwide (PFW) who will collect the VAT (currently 20% of the goods) and a handling fee (£3~£8).

If your package arrives and it is damaged on the outside, please email our customer service department by clicking this link within 48 hours of its arrival. All shipments include information on handling damaged deliveries, product returns, and product installation instructions.

We know you will love our products, but if you find you need to return an item, our goal is to make the return process simple and speedy! You may return any Mej Mej item for a full refund of the price of the item within 30 days of purchase. However, like most stores, we are not able to refund shipping. Please send your items back in the box or mailing tube in which they arrived. Mej Mej will process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods by refunding the amount through the payment method you used for the purchase. Shipping will not be reimbursed. * Custom and personalized products can not be returned.
