Domestic Orders over $35 ship for FREE! For international orders, shipping prices are calculated for shipments to make the cost of shipping as small as possible within the United States, Mexico and Canada using USPS, UPS and FedEx Ground and Express services. If you are interested in receivingMejMejproducts in other countries,we charge a flat fee of $45 for shipping only.  Many countries have additional VAT Taxes, Customs, or Duties that may also be added to the cost of the shipment.For example: Shipments to the United Kingdom will be handled through Parcel Force Worldwide(PFW) who will collect the VAT (currently 20% of the goods) and a handling fee (£3~£8).We cannot offer returns on products shipped internationally.  

We are proud of our fast shipping! Domestic orders are printed, packed, and shipped within 3 business days. All personalized orders are shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase. In many cases, your products will ship much more quickly than that, but because we custom-make each order, our turnaround may vary. For international orders, please allow 2 weeks to receive your items, and you may be wonderfully surprised when it arrives much sooner.

If your package arrives and it is damaged on the outside, please email service@mejmej.com within 48 hours of its arrival.We will arrange appropriate resolutions for replacing or returning the items.

We know you will love our products, but if you find you need to return an item, our goal is to make the return process simple and speedy! You may return any unused Mej Mej item for a full refund of the price of the item, less the cost of our discounted shipping label, within 30 days of purchase. Please contact service@mejmej.comto obtain a return shipping label. Please send your items back in the box or mailing tube in which they arrived. Mej Mej will process all refunds within 48 hours of receipt of returned goods by refunding the amount through the payment method used for the purchase. * Custom and personalized products cannot be returned. We do not offer returns on products shipped internationally.

Yes, our fabric wall decals are printed one at a time and die-cut right here in our Virginia Beach studio.

All artwork is printed on 100% cotton acid-free velvet fine art paper using high-quality archival ultrachrome inks designed to be colorfast for over 80 years. We recommend that you do not hang your prints in direct sunlight and that you choose a UV protective glass or plexiglass when you frame your print.

Yes. Our products are designed to decorate both children's rooms and nurseries. However, our products are not meant to be toys, and we recommend that you hang them in such a way that your baby will not be able to pull them down. It is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics that you remove any decorations that a baby can reach by the time your baby can get up on its hands and knees. We recommend hanging your artwork out of reach from day one.
